Arroyo Grande, CA (PRWEB) May 26, 2007 -- "Your Right to Happiness," a new approach to EFT by Evelyn Cole, the "Whole-mind Writer," demonstrates how to stay cool during those moments that usually cause anger, embarrassment, or anxiety by tapping away the blocked energy

For example, if you thought that a co-worker or colleague was spreading negative false rumors about you but you had no proof, which of the following actions would you take?

1. Seek proof. 2. Confront the colleague. 3. Change jobs. 4. Stay cool through EFT so that you no longer feel bothered about it.

To stay cool means never having to feel irritated, anxious or embarrassed. If you're cool you have "Savoir Faire"− know what to do at all times.

Cool is the opposite of flustered. Cool is to worried as Gelato is to burned tri-tip.

All feelings traverse the body along its energy meridians. When the energy flow is blocked the body reacts hot, not cool. Tapping the acu-pressure points of the meridian in conjunction with verbalizing the issue that causes the block, releases the flow to cool.

It sounds so simple it's hard to believe. Anything simple is often hard to believe. Since stress causes bad chemical changes in the brain, can't happiness produce good changes?

Cole claims that it can.

John Turrill writes, "I scoffed at EFT, gave every other reason for it to work, but when my golf game improved so much after tapping on guilt, my buddies had to ask what happened to me."
